1. Services Provided

   Homes 2 Assist offers independent living accommodations for elderly individuals. We provide a safe, clean, and supportive environment but do not offer medical or nursing care services.

2. Resident Responsibilities

   Residents are responsible for maintaining their personal living spaces in a clean and respectful manner. All residents are expected to adhere to house rules, including respecting quiet hours, common areas, and fellow residents.

3. House Rules and Policies

   Upon move-in, residents will receive a copy of the house rules. These rules must be followed to ensure the safety and comfort of all occupants. Violation of house rules may result in termination of residency.

4. Payments and Fees

   Rent is due on the agreed-upon date each month. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in the resident agreement. All payments are non-refundable except as specified in the resident agreement.

5. Termination of Residency

   Homes 2 Assist reserves the right to terminate a resident’s stay for violation of house rules, non-payment of rent, or behavior that threatens the safety and well-being of others.

6. Liability

   Homes 2 Assist is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring within or around the property, except where prohibited by law. Residents are encouraged to obtain renters' insurance.

7. Changes to Terms

   Homes 2 Assist reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Residents will be notified of any significant changes in writing.
